Finance Manager

  • Effective implementation of the financial management arrangements for the projects.

  • Prepare questionnaires/surveys, pamphlets, instruments needed to carry out the information and awareness campaigns.

  • Motivate unconnected consumers to take household connections

  • Organizer for all field level FGDs, Meetings Workshops
  • Set up institutional forums for interaction and consultation with stakeholders and for conflict resolution.
  • Build consensus on service levels, tariff, mutual responsibility and obligations though transparently negotiated process with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate transparent monitoring and dissemination of outcomes
  • Identify the need to conduct independent surveys periodically and facilitate the exercise


Asset Management



  • Long term capital investment planning (CIP).
  • Production from minor sources, which will be retained in the company, water resources planning for Greater Shimla area.
  • Oversee bulk production from sources not assigned to private Operator
  • Co-ordinate bulk production and transmission requirements with the contract manager and private operator.
